The 变卦 (transformed hexagram) is not decoration — it is the match's evolution script. Advanced readers treat the primary hexagram as the first 60 minutes and the transformed hexagram as the last 30. A Peace-to-Standstill reading says: the game opens, then closes. A Standstill-to-Peace reading says the opposite. The pivot is the moving line.
Hidden lines (伏神) — lines concealed within the hexagram that emerge in transformation — reveal dormant forces: a team's secondary striker, a tactical plan held in reserve. Advanced readings track hidden-line activation as the signal of a planned change.
The highest level of the method reads sequences, not single matches: a club's hexagram progression across a month, a title race's momentum lines, a cup run's transformation chain.
